And if you click outside of the text box and hit enter by mistake, it will post.

Tonight, I was working on a machine and had a cigar in my mouth. I had just lit it and needed to do some work, so instead of setting it down and taking a chance on it getting wet, I figured I would keep it in my mouth. A gust came up and took that thing right away.
Good thing was, it was a zelo de cuba, so not a terrile loss. LOL!

How in the world did you intend to be able to smoke the thing in the first place??? Seems like that would be a difficult environment to smoke in.

Well, I started out with it lit, then started working on the machine out of the wind and had to do some things outside. It was one of those stupid decisions that I decided I didn't want to leave it in the machine, so I just kept it in my mouth, when I came around the machine the gust of wind hit and off it went. Never did find it. LOL!

I hadn't ever given much thought of it and I suppose it should have been obvious, but this kind of weather is common during the winter.

I try not to smoke outside if the wind gets higher then 65 mph with gusts up to 80 mph, it's hard to enjoy a cigar when your doing cartwheels down the street. LOL JonR

We got hammered this week. Normal winter stuff. LOL!
If I were to not smoke in that kind of weather,I'd have to wait until Spring. Either that or beg real hard for Momma to let me smoke in the house, not likely.

I'm still trying to figure out how mpg (mile per gallon) would effect your ability to smoke. :)
