"Better than nine out of 10 teens and adults say society needs to provide teens with a clear message that they should delay sex until they have, at least, completed high school.

i wonder if a GED would be ok.

Perhaps a we should include new freshmen course requirement in sex to compensate for this rule.

So when did you start having sex?
My first time was late in my 14th year or life.
