Alleged to have been intended to sell for $6-$8 a cigar. With short filler? Really? A little misleading there, CI? Still, a pretty good tasting cigar but I would like to know what I am getting.

when the special was up i called felipe gregorio cigars to ask about la maxmilana. 2 or 3 years back was about $6 and 7 apeice but dropped to around $40 or 50 a box when they were liquidating it. after reading your post i cut one open today and it was definately long leaf .

Wonder if there's been a change? I've cut two of mine open to find short filler in them.

Felipe Gregorio web site says they were to sell for $1.25 each.

long leaf-short leaf, No Bother to waiste a fine Cigar!! I have my two box purchase Minise the 5 already smoked and given to a few friends to try (who by the way want more) "Aging in the humidor" Found that these are very good smoke's and with a little Aging Will br Great smoke's (Burn a little Fast right now)
