These methods are not what we as Americans are about, but when faced with an enemy who does not flinch at deliberatly targeting innocent women and children and civilians, asking nicely is not going to be of much effect. We can and will wage the war on terrorism, but lets give our men some latitude in the methods they may be forced to use!

Well maybe we should start a fund to make a partial dent in his ridiculous fine! Somehow I suspect this has already been done but an interesting thought.

Personally I think the guy deserves a medal and a lot of gratitude from family members of troops potentially benefited by his actions.
