The only people who should be allowed to own guns are Rosie Odonnel's body guards, and our government. Those are the only two groups that can really be trusted with them. Screw the constitution. And while where at it? There are some other "amendments that need amending..." The right to free speech? What's up with that? Many people are saying many things counter productive to our society as a whole. I think the whole free speech thing should be given the once over, and let's call it "correct speech".
Secondly, that whole illegal search and seizure rule? BOOOOGUS!!!! I mean, if the government who after all is the only group responsible enough to carry guns (jack booted thugs and all) wants to kick in your door, why should they have to be able to prove their suspicions to a judge? After all, would they really want to kick it in if they didn't have a good reason? I mean, if we trust them with the guns and all, why wouldn't we trust that they would do what's best when it comes to search and seizure?
And taking the 5th??? Phaaalease!!!!!!!! What kind of Barbara Strisand is that!!?? “I’m not going to say, because if I do, you’ll be able to prove that I did it. And since I did it, I’m not going to say”? That one has seen it’s day. It should be OUTTA HERE!!
The 6th amendment? 2 words. OJ Simpson. Actually, that’s two initials, and one word. But you get the idea. A jury of our peers? That’s more Strisand! What in the he double L do they know about the law? They can and do overrule the instructions of the judge, common sense, and every other intelligent mans actions by imposing their will more often than not for the “in your face” effect as opposed to anything just. We should simply appoint a council of intelligent judges, bring people before them, and what they say goes (and non of that pleading the 5th crap either).
Oh I could go on, but you get the point…
People who want to take your guns, (and mine) only see the constitution as out dated on that ol’ second amendment part, the rest of it should be left alone. Well what if we just took at look at ALL of those amendments huh? After all, it was written over two hundred years ago by a bunch of white slave owners? It’s out dated and past it’s time… If we’re going to have a redo of the second amendment, let’s just toss the whole damn thing out the window and get John Ashcroft to write us a new one? Libs? Can I get an amen? Can I get an Amaven? LOL!
