not to act like I can't think of anything better, but the system CA has on their site seems to work. First there is a data base of all the brands, one clicks on that brand and then up comes a separate screen for the different sizes, and there we can leave our feedback, that way one page has one brand only, not too cluttered, and on that page we have the different sizes, then to check another brand hit the back key to bring back to the main menu of all cigar brands. I presume then when we leave our feedback on a particular size, and our final rating, the average will be taken and presented with the size, and every time someone leaves a new feedback and rating, the average is adjusted. In fact to even make it more tidy, under the size one can first read the average rating, and general information, then if they want to read more, say on people's opinion of a torpedo, one can click on something like "smoker's opinions" and then that will take you to all the feedback on that particular size, and where registered CB users can leave their own feedback. But having a main database listing I think is important, that way someone could quickly scan through the brands for the cigar they are looking for.
