The backstory of my current living arrangements is to involved and irrelevant to tell, suffice it to say that my mother-in-law lives with us till June or so.
I'm a newb, I just started seriously smoking cigars around Thanksgiving of last year but being a serial hobbyist I was into it from the get go and built a coolerdor the first week. In my unbridled excitement I was happy to show it and my blossoming collection to any party, interested or no, mothers-in-law included.
Tonight i picked myself out a Torano Exodus Silver and headed outside to enjoy the first night without negative windchill. Who should I find but my mother-in-law, embarassedly enjoying a purloined gar from my stash! We enjoyed the next 40 minutes chatting and smoking up.
Yea for smokes bringing families closer together!
She had picked up a Don Juan Criollo '98 not the best but not awful. I think it was a bit strong for her, she said, "i should really go on-line and look for a mild cigar". I suggested, wisely I think, that she leave it to me. ;)
Cheers, thought you might enjoy the story.
