Just got the news about the pending legislation a couple of days ago, and been poking around to find some info on the proposed changes, and the original legislation (Jenkins, title 15 and 18 etc).

which seems to shed some light on what started the ball rolling. its all about, you guessed it, terrorists (I thought that smiley face looked a little suspicious).

this is only a part of the bill though... the rest and the concern is All Tobbaco products which Includes the Cigars...

the rest of the bill I could care less if it passes acept for the fact the next thing ya know your going to be Jacked up for Smoking a Ciggerette in Public then added to Terrorist Watch list!!!! Sheeeeesh

when is America going to have Tea Again??
