Im trying to post some pic's. i need to know how to make pictures smaller so that they will be under the 100kb as required by cbid. My pictures from my digital camera are downloaded to kodak easyshare program. They are between 800kb and 1.2 mb. Any info would help ,thanx

take into a graphics editing program and decrease the resolution.
