the incorrigible Larry Flynt says he plans to market a Bush abortion story as genuine - in a book to be published this summer by Kensington Press.

"This story has got to come out," the wheelchair-bound Hustler magazine honcho told the Daily News' Corky Siemaszko. "There's a lot of hypocrisy in the White House about this whole abortion issue."

Flynt claimed that Bush arranged for the procedure in the early '70s.

"I've talked to the woman's friends," Flynt said. "I've tracked down the doctor who did the abortion, I tracked down the Bush people who arranged for the abortion," Flynt said. "I got the story nailed."

Flynt wouldn't disclose whether he plans to name the woman.

i am under the impression he was shot, so i don't know where you got the sphylis disease from.

when i read his book and check his sources, i will make a judgement also.

well, i'm not jumping on the "kerry cheated" bandwagon, and that's got as much hard proof as the "bush abortion" rumor, so again -- i'll believe it when i see hard proof. until then, it's just another rumor.

I don't think any of this is relevant since what Clinton did didn't even get him thrown out of the White House - so who really cares if any of this happened?? which I seriously doubt on either issue. If the public or whoever didn't do anything about what Clinton did - does it make a difference what Kerry or Bush did?? If it does can you say hypocrisy??? sigh I'm so sick of all this political bs -smh-

Well in this case it does make a difference because the Republican party has a very strong Conservative Christian backing, and if it were revealed that he encouraged an abortion (or whatever it is, like Cavallo said, a rumor to me means squat until there are facts to back it up) it could turn off a portion of his own party. Enough to make them change their vote? Probably not. Gotta sell those papers and get those website hits though.

Welcome my son...welcome to the machine.

I'm surprised that some liberal reporter hasn't asked bush "Do you still beat your wife?" That's an old one that if you answer yes, you're an abusive spouse, and if you answer no, you are tacitly admitting that you DID, of course you can leave out ant extemporaneous statements about that made after the no............
And of course then you could just refuse to answer, but then we get to the infamous cocaine allegations of the 200 election. And the Democrats have the nerve to accuse the Republicans of being smear artists!

Hey Clive,
Thats why I am Libertarian.
Both Major parties, are smear artists. Neither one, will stick to the issues. If they did, they might actually get something accomplished.

i don't believe he did or would hurt his wife.

i think he should have taken some disciplinary action against his daughter for their own good. i would have made made sure they grew up as ladies, not barhops at 17.

Rick,
He was too busy running for office to raise a family. My father was a politician, for many years. He neglected his family, because he wanted to make a difference, in the way the government was run. My dad, did the same thing. I was a wild child myself. Without the parental figure in my teens. I straightened up, as they probably will. And as Al Gores' son probably will. I have a great relationship, with my dad, now. It would have been nice to have him around, in my teens, but I respect his beliefs, and understand, now, why those beliefs, led him to politics. But like I said, the kids will probably grow up, but probably not as early as most.

Rick,

You are quite happy to quote a guy who profits from cartoons about a child molester but you take every chance you can get to disparage our President. This says a lot about your perspective on truth and personal character.

where did you get that info from. gore never said that. absolutely, positively. i saw the original interview with bill gates when he said he would try to interest the government in furthering the cause of the internet.

if you don't know what you are saying, speak not.

and whoever said flint was an fine upstanding citizen.
