If gays are allowed to legally marry ( city,state,and federal ), then what happens to the sodomy ( noun...copulation with a member of the same sex or with an animal ) laws that are on the books ? JonR

Many sodomy laws are not just strictly related to what you described. They also include just about any form of sex other that straight up bangin' (for lack of a better tactful term). Even yodelling in the gully is forbidden. Basically for the most part it's been a 'what's in the bedroom stays in the bedroom and is nobody's business' policy. But I suppose some law enforcement or judicial person opposed to the same-sex marriage idea could start busting down doors to make some kind of statement. Wouldn't surprise me at all. Great, more headlines upon headlines upon headlines. And its all your fault JonR.
