I at times see post here that are posted where a consumer will rant at CB. I however think they are a class act. I recently won a box of Bahia Tesoro's Rothchilds. I received an e-mail from Carmen stating that there was a picking order problem and to make right they instead sent me the larger size in that line. Ironically, I bidded on the larger size some time back because I like a larger ring cigar but lost the bid. To even go a step further Carmen and CB will include a torch lighter......I am sure it is not a Prometheus or Colibri, but not only righting the mishap they sent a little something extra. Thanks CB........& of course, Carmen. I love this place. I can shop in my boxer shorts and drink a beer at the same time. I love America!

Carmen? I haven't met her yet. Ruth and Trish are pure class all the way with their customer service, I've nevver been disapponted ...

Hey if they send you either the Thunderbolt or the Ascot jet lighter ... you've got a winner. I've owned both for quite awhile, and they have never let me down. Rugged lighers that will flame every time you strike them.

Just make sure you use triple refined fuel, or they won't light or work properly ...

Ya, I bid on a Macanudo shirt last month and they ran out, and gave me a Partagas (even better) in a color I liked even more.

i have great luck with cb except... I won a puros indios chief that's been on back order for a month or so. I emailed cust serv twice and got a response but no answer to when i would recieve it. Feel free to send me something else. i don't know maybe a box of Perdomo the cigar or somethin expensive. Just kidding, but i would gladly take something else. Joe

slim i did email customer service and was told they were back ordered. Like I said I will gladly take a substitute, new car, 150 cigar humidor, box of amazons, monte vs you know the inexpensive stuff.

I told you before that you could have my Chief. I just want to know who has smoked one all the way and how long it took. I may shore up my basement with it or maybe replace a loose rafter.

The staff at CB is wonderful..........thank you Carmen! Guys and gals.............I was sent an e-mail from Carmen and they are sending me a Prometheus Comet for the mishap. My Christmas early. I know I should not get emotional, but, I love you guys! You have to excuse me as I wipe the tears of joy from my face.
