It's getting close. I can smell them already. Any of you shroom hunters in the STL metro area that need someone to tag along I'm you gar smokin friend. I don't have many places to go anymore.

Morels are all I know so if you wanna show me some others I'm game for that too.

I used to have one. It kept eating my other fish though and my wife made me take it back to the aquarium store.

Fine, I finally got off my butt and googled it - found morels.com - hey, tony, is the guy on the left you!!???

Are they like portabella mushrooms?

Morels are amazing, very strong flavorful mushrooms. Especially tasty with steak.

Does anyone know if they ship well? I'd be willing to do a trade of cigars for some shrooms!

I guess if you freeze or dired them they could be shipped. They should start to top in the next 2 - 5 weeks. There are sites that track them all over the country as they head North.
