Sen. John Kerry's official election website is riddled with obscenities, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.

The Democrat nominee-in-waiting recently said radio stations are within their right to pull Howard Stern off the air if they object to the shock jock's racy show.

But an investigation reveals Kerry's own website is filled expletives, setting the standard for a new wave of 21st Century campaigning!

A sampling of web pages featured on Kerry's official site reveal:

"Bush f**ked up Afghanistan... Did I expect George Bush to f**k it up as badly as he did... cutting all your f**king legs off at the knees... Where the f**k is he?... scare the living s**t out of me... He has a pig-in-s**t grin on his face, he wanted to get into the s**t... doesn’t play s**t in my book..."

In fact, typing in the terms "F**k" or "S**t" in the search box of the official Kerry For President site directly links the reader to the action!

A campaign source tells the DRUDGE REPORT that "John Kerry For President" online simply contains published material, and the senator was simply unaware on Sunday that the expletives were being carried on his own Internet server. [A search on the official Bush/Cheney re-election revealed no such curse words.]

"I think you'll see the offensive words removed," the top campaign source said.

Unlike over the air broadcast, there are no known foul language rules for official campaign websites.

please. i'm still waiting for the big "kerry had an affair" thing to break wide open. i used to enjoy matt's site. now it's a rumor mill and a sewer.

this isn't about kerry, btw -- i just don't like lowbrow rumor mongering or half-truths pumped up to make someone else look bad -- no matter who the target is. if this were being said about dubya i'd be just as disgusted.

Does anyone here really care if a candidate curses? My god, we surely aren't that lame...

Can you explain to me why it is important for a candidate to not curse? What this has to do with governing a country?

I honestly don't care if he/she curses or has extra marital affairs, however allowing his web site to put it in print or if he uses that language in public shows that he is not an educated man and somewhat inmature.

A man of his aleged integrity should be able to express himself in public with out the use of cuss words.

I heard one about the neo-cons going after Theresa Heinz Kerry for forcing Heinz to ship jobs overseas. MY GOD.... THEY LIKE CATSUP IN OTHER COUNTRIES... WHAT A REVELATION!!!!! Like this has anything to do with the presidency.

This is typical of the vicous, slimy, dirty character assination just like Bushes operatives did with McCain 4 years ago. Drudge is pure sludge in my book and Bush may have the illusion that he can wipe his hands of the crap his operatives pull like the murdurous and absolutely evil Pontius Pilate is erroneously portrayed doing in the Gospels and Gibson's Nazi inspiring movie but the truth is the truth and those who engage in such evil methods will never have my support, only my most violent anger toward them!!!!

Then it follows that you should be violently angry with all candidates because they ALL do it! To think that the side you root for is somehow above the fray and plays clean is, to be kind, idealistic. It's called politics and any tactic that puts or keeps you in office is fair. A good indicator of an effective strategy is one that has the other team crying,"FOUL!!"
Dirt on Bush= investgative journalism.
Dirt on Kerry= mudslinging.

Every day on right wing web-sites

Now the RNC crying foul every day against MoveOn.org.
ClearChannel not only crying foul on Howard Stern for being on the edge but outright pulling the plug in all locations once Stern announced that although he had been a republican for years was now going to actively support Kerry. This is way beyong crying foul. This is censorship in its most un-Amaerican and unconstitutional form.

NOW THAT IS FOUL!!!!

i agree.

and NOWHERE did matt say that KERRY SAID THOSE WORDS.

for all i know, those words were said by some random citizen on some comments page on the site, buried belly deep in thread #247.

read that whole article carefully. NOWHERE does it say that KERRY said the words. even the subject line of this post cleverly says "Kerry'S (web site) has a potty mouth," but i'll bet most of you read that KERRY HIMSELF has a potty mouth.

again, this whole thing could be about GWB, and i would object to it just as strenuously.

if we have truly sunk this low, i fear for our country.
