Ok, I realize that this cigar sucked when I first got them. It was relegated to moocher handouts long ago. But I found one tucked deep down in my humidor. Sitting there for about a year. So I smoked it. And now I know the truth behind any Tamboril product: They don't age, they Fester. Like rancid meat products.

I agree. These sticks remind me of those stinky old Andros things. I'd rather smoke a Swisher Sweet (which tastes more like Swisher Sweat). Although I did buy a box a few months ago - must have been really drunk at the time!

IMO the Hamilton's are head and shoulders above the Ancla y Cazadors. I snagged a few of the 5 packs a couple years ago and eventually threw them out. These things were so bad I was afraid they would taint the bottom layer of my humidor.

Soprano, good thing you threw them out, they fester away and the only cigar they cannot have any effect on is the Acid line which would seemingly cause a standoff in bad flavors and smells. Has anyone had nerve to try the "new" Hamilton House made by Upmann? I haven't and I won't! Had enough of George Hamilton and his bad acting to begin with, much less his horrible cigars. Charlie

Acting? Not so sure he really does much of that anymore, but God he sure made a lot of lousy cigars, cause they still offer them up for bid on CB> Charlie
