I was having some issues with temperature. The ploomidoor as I call it is my custom designed (by me) and built (by my soon to be ex-father-in-law). It's an end table style with a glass flip top and has electronic temperature and humidity control.

I was having issues with the temp because there were two fans inside, 1 muffin fan on the heat sink on the thermoelectric cooler, and a second fan used for circulation. I removed the circ fan and simply ran a piece of dryer hose (that silver stuff) and taped it securely around the muffin fan on the thermoelectric cooler and ran it from there to the hole where the circ fan was. It still circulates well, but removes one of the fans. I'm running it now and hope to see better results. Keeps the temp at 70 inside the door when the house is 76.

Oh and I pulled an 858 sungrown and am on the porch with it now in honor of that great american hero, Pat Tillman.

That did the trick! It pulled the temp from 74.4 down to 70 in about 10 minutes and is only running at 29% on the TEC output! Weeeeeeeeee!
