This thread is a response to the thread composed by RDC (which was funny!)

I agree, CA is a beautiful state. I believe it needs to be cured from some infectious liberal disease and it's on its way. You've elected a decent Governor, now time to get your assembly, senate and court system in order. I would LOVE to live out in your area near the ocean (I'm a sun worshiper, swimmer, SCUBA, boating, fishing, etc).
You and Mike and the other GOP have a long road ahead of you, but it CAN be done one step at a time. Good luck to the entire CA GOP!!

PS to all of the literalists, I'm a Christian, I use the expression sun-worshiper because I Iove being outside; tan and the sun makes me happy; I hate living in the gloom and cold.

Bush has already written off CA for the November election. The GOP has no chance at the Left Coast.

You're as bad a the WI GOP; that's why I'm finally involved with them. BTW, he hasn't written it off yet, but more attention is going to the battleground states.

Bush might as well write off California. Distinguished Socal Republicans on the list notwithstanding, our state is as far to the left as it gets. Being from Nocal where its much more conservative, I wish the state would split. It would mean more water, less taxes, and we would finally get our voice heard. As it is we can vote republican all we want but get drowned out by LA and San Fransisco.
