Are you kidding???? I'm DEFINITELY lighting up a celebratory cigar for the wonderful moment when that freakin' thing is finally off the air! I think I actually liked it the first two seasons, the last few seasons, whenever my wife has it on, i seriously contemplate suicide...

I actually love that damn show, but it is time for it to ride off into the sunset.

But, I don't think it is an occasion to burn a good stick over.......I'll be holding one of my beautiful, fussy 9 week olds!

OOO Schmitty22,
Now Survivor is a real talented show, heheheeee.

Talking about Blah!!! Hahaha!

10 years is a long time for a show, so I might just have to watch it. Lighting up a Torano 1916 might make it that much better.

I know, Sunny

And I know you wish you could be like me.

But there are some standards and minimums that would need to be met...I think you would fall short!

Love Ya Bye!

I NEVER watched that show.

The premise for it was lonely people that are seeking a replacement for a real family, at least that's what I was able to garner from their ads.

I have a family...I have friends...I have a lasting relationship with my lord and savior. All without sitting in front of the pixilated alter.

See ya "Friends"...I NEVER knew ye!

DMV, to quote a movie, "....you wouldn't know a good time if it fell out the sky, landed on your face and started to wiggle."

I'm really beginning to think you are a Tool.

Watching tv is a good time?

If we're talking about sports I could possibly see that. To take a sitcom and devote your time to it like it's a religion is flat out a waste of time in my world. You've already shown us examples of your world, and you're entitled to believe whatever you want to, but keep your petty namecalling to yourself.

I never understood the term 'Tool' - what's wrong with being a tool? I love my tools. Their very useful and have a lot of value to me. If I were to be a tool, I would consider myself like my old circular saw - gets the job done, but makes a lot of noise and smokes a lot....

Yeah, Friends is gone off of prime time (now only to live for probably the rest of our lives in re runs). I watched 2 episodes in all the years it was on. I can not believe that some people were actually entertained by such dribble.

But to each their own. I still watch Married with Children reruns! Now there was a show I can really relate to.

I'm not saying it was a bad show but it definitely wasn't a great show. Not one that I watch with any regularity. All the media hype around this was just incredible. And I read yesterday that commercial spots were going for $2 million.

I can't believe David Schwimmer gets paid that much money to kiss Jennifer Aniston.

They must have been doing something right for it to stay on as long as it did. and it could have gone for atleast another5 years. I give them credit for quitting while the quitting was good. Besides i seen somewhere that over the next 10 years they stand to make 80 million between the 6 of them in syndication alone. And then there will always the the spin off coming called JOEY for you closet watchers

I don't watch too much TV unless it is Sunday and football season...

I will, however, cry like a little girl when they stop making Simpson's cartoons... I LOVE THAT SHOW!!

Also... Sonny? Why you gotta be a DMV hater?

Personally, I like the guy. Bombed the Shiznit out of me during my "newbie introduction"...

I got into Friends for a couple years in the beginning and then stopped watching it pretty much until last night.. Not much has changed in 8 years although the ending was nice. (Now does Ross and Rachel break up in a future episode of Joey??).

But at least it wasn't the puked upon type of script that finished Seinfeld. I thought the writers did a nice job finishing the series.

Friends... Just wasn't my thing.
More of a Law & Order or CSI person.
I know there are people who will think they are stupid too. If you enjoy "Friends", fine.
That is why I watch what I watch.
And yes I watch Survivor... Rooten for Rupert!

ditto what pusky said: BRING BACK SEINFELD!

i watch a couple of shows routinely -- NYPD Blue, ER, Survivor and a couple of educational shows on public t.v. that are actually pretty cool (one on woodworking and one featuring various authors).

there's nothing on, though, that'd i'd even but a bit upset if i missed an episode, though. in fact, i pretty much do other things while those shows that i "watch" are on -- read, paint, do my exercises, etc.

as for friends, though, never got into.

for those who absolutely hate it, though, at www.tshirthell.com (warning NOT work safe; pretty raunchy selections there) there's a new shirt:

F*R*I*E*N*D*S
I*S O*V*E*R
G*O K*I*L*L Y*O*U*R*S*E*L*V*E*S!
