I gotta believe that Rick's talking about Clinton. CNN has a page up that states he's one of Kerry's "choices" (like he can make one and stick with it!) for the VP slot.

Anybody who gets their political opinions from TV or newspapers is likely to think Quayle is a moron, simply because he's a poor public speaker. That unfortunately has nothing to do with his effectiveness as a leader.
