our terminator guv, want them killed 72hours after they are found and picked up, not the normal 6 or 7 days it might take for an owner to find where his missing pet is,

next years budget will include a bat for everyone who works in the animal protection business, so that strays and lost pets, can be clubbed to death on the spot and dropped in the nearest garbage can.

I sort of wondered about that piece of news about Arnold, since he is Austrian, and that whole area of Europe including Germany, think very highly of man's best friend. I picked up a German insult book, and it rated calling a fellow's dog a mutt worse then calling his wife something nasty. Interesting. :)
