It reminds me of Saturday Night Live. You keep watching to see something funny, and find the commercials better entertainment!

I think the Daily show is funny as hell, I also enjoy the Dennis Miller show! Favorite comedians include: Jim Carrey, Billy Crystal, Robin Williams, Groucho Marx, Jackie Gleason, Red Skeleton,Bob Hope, Dan Akroyd, John Belushi, Bill Murray to name a few!

Yes Rick, I know humor when I see it. I've been watching the Flip Wilson marathon off and on today...hysterical.

Marx Bros. are a personal favorite.
Robin Williams doing stand up.
Woody Allen's early stand up and early movies.
Spike Jones
Seinfeld
Beverly Hillbillies
I Love Lucy
Richard Pryor
Redd Foxx
Cheech & Chong
Any film by the Coen Bros.
Steven Wright
Denis Leary
George and Gracie
Early Cary Grant films
Yeah, those are something I'd laugh at. Jon Stewart bores me. He's not funny.

i've taped about 10 hours of flip.

do you want a dvd dup of a few of the burns and allen shows and/or jack benny. i'd be happy to send them to you. i've also got casablanca, citizen kane and a bunch of movies from the late 30's and the early 40's including peter lorre's first film
.
how about lenny bruce, or stan freeburg.

i read somewhere someone said grant and cooper were gay and the author said it was a shame they couldn't have children together.

just because we don't agree about politics doesn't mean we can't laugh together.

tell me what and wher to send.

You said it right Rick, we CAN have a few laughs together! I've personally never sampled any Lenny Bruce, but I've heard he was a ground breaker. Charlies list was good but I saw some in the subsequent posts that round it out :-)

IMO, The Daily Show is the funniest show on TV. What I really enjoy is that they nail everyone. Lib's, Con's, Dem's, Rep's, Religious factions, etc.
