We have some cookies, candy and stuff to send out to a couple of our boys in Iraq. The last time we sent stuff to them, the chocolate was all melted.

Momma made up a bunch of snickerdoodle cookies to ship off and some candies and of course, I'm sending some cigars. Now my concern is what the best way to ship them is. Should we pack them in a tupperware container?

On a sad note, our small community of 4,000 lost one of our boys in Iraq Thursday. A 20 year old boy stationed at the National Guard base here. Pfc Ken Leisten.

"O" sorry to hear of the Loss... God Bless him and his Family...

when folks shipped packages off to us while deployed the wrapped it in cellohane (sp) and seperated the cookies with wax paper... some would come in wax paper stuffed in zip locks... ship it as book club of the month LOL I learned this one from someone here ;0)

good luck on the shipping
and again Prayers out to his Family!!!!
