I wanted to see a nice, totally neutral post having NOTHING to do with politics.

So.... How's your weather!? Hot, humid and rainy here today.

Sigh.....

To quote Monty Python: "I FART in your general direction".

Lmao. What can I say, I tried getting a politically neutral post in.

Like a jungle in Louisville. 85-90 degrees with 85-90 percent humidity. Fog from sundown till sunrise. Yuck. Sometimes I wish I lived in Arizona or New Mexico...or even west Texas.

Just be glad you were not up here. 93 degrees and 95% humidity. Which atcually isn't bad here for August. It is noramlly over 95 and 95% + for humidity. I cut the grass with a Partagas black and could not quit sweating. Then I grilled steaks, potatoes, fresh sweet corn and had a Monte #2.

Hell I went back out after dark and the dew was so thick my feet got wet through my shoes.

it's been in the mid-high 80's with full humidity here.

tropical storm alex has been swinging far-reaching bands of storms all day; tonight the "heavy stuff" is supposed to hit. the heavy stuff = not bad at all. just as long as alex keeps moving along and doesn't come ashore, we'll be fine. just a bit of wind and rain.

As Johnny Cash used to sing...."How high's the water mama, 5 feet high and risin'........."

I do not know where that came from. Weather in Southern California is always the same.

Bustabust359, I can relate. When I went out today I didn't know if I should try to walk or swim to my truck. Have to love humidity.

I was going to start with "not that I'm bragging here", but that would be a lie.

I AM bragging now!!

Today it's sunny and in the high 60's with little humidity. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

The 3 day heat wave in Atlanta is over and it's now 82 degrees with amazingly low humidity at 2:44pm. The high tomorrow looks like 80 to 82 so it looks like a perfect day for 36 holes at Lake Lanier (18 at Pine Isle and 18 at Emerald Point). The line-up for this 8 hour day of pleasure includes:

Legends by Puros Indios-Good mild start to the morning
AVO original
K Hansotia Symphony

Break for Lunch

Torano Exodus 1959
Bucanero Z
Cusano Corojo

If I play good top it afterwards with a Bass Ale and a Graycliff Professionale Blue Label

If I play bad same thing.

Yahooie Kablooie!!!

I guess I'll still enjoy it while working. Grrrrrrr.
