Morgan Lee 8lbs 22inches born on February 19th. Reach in a smoke one for little Morgy. Mom and baby are fine. BTW, nice to know I can log in on any given day and see the same exact topics in discussion from the last time I posted. I feel like I never missed a thing.

As I gave this some more thought, I figured I might suggest a solution that may help the group avoid duplicate communications. (I'm almost sure this idea was already suggested and was probably posted 100 different times each month. In true C-bid fashion, I too will not revert to the archive) Anywho, WHAT IF...we took the most popular topics and gave them their own sub group. For instance: 1.)Overbidding –blah, blah, blah 2.) Storage - (cello on/off, igloodors, 50/50 solution etc..) 3.) Cigar ratings – a much begged for tool 4.) Unspoken rules?? (the board has developed it’s own etiquette over the past two years, this could be discussed there) I’m sure there are more, so to decide which few receive it’s own billing C-bid can post the top 15 and do an on line vote. Thoughts???

mazel tov. i wonder who is going to name a baby after a cigar. if i had a son now, i would call him partagas and a daughter evelio. enjoy the sleepless nights and i second or third your posting idea.

I was just thinking the same thing Rick. People name their kids after cars, actors/actresses, athelettes. I even went to school with a gal named Marijuana Pepsi-cola (I don't remember what her last name was). Honest to God no lie.

If I ever have a child I'm going to name them "Pimp Stick"

Congrats on the girl, I have 3. Spend lots of time with her. Your ideas are ok. Problem is you would have to wade through more subtitles to see stuff you have already seen. Is it in Cbids interest to have a rating forum? What I mean is, it might make it too easy for people NOT to buy certain cigars they might otherwise try. Congrats again!

Congrats on the new member Wany! I'll light a good one up tonight for Morgan and your whole, happy family!!

Hey, here's a question for everyone. How did it come about that when a baby is born, a cigar is smoked? I would think it is just the perfect way to show your happiness, by lighting up! Just a question. Happy smoking to everyone!! Tom

Well wishes to you and your newly enlarged family! Some advice: give you wife at least two weeks to get back to her pre-prego weight. But be certain to tell her quickly, while she's still in enough discomfort to hit with less impact... Or better yet, always hold your newly born human shield whenever you make any wise cracks. Works everytime!

congrats!!! I am going to be the lone desenter on your posting idea for the following reason. I believe one of you reasons for this idea is because many of us are tired of seeing some the same threads over and over. So logic would dictate that the only people who would be looking at these postings are the new people looking for info but those who have the answers are tired of the subjects and they would give no anwers. Except Rick of couse, who has nothing better to do anyway. LOL. cj

CAO Odessey just burned to the nub in honor of Morgan. All the best is wished upon her. I can't feel my toes now, and my beer is frozen. But it's worth it. Maggie is 8 months old yesterday. Took the day off and spent all day with her. Man, what a cool day! You do right by her.
