Awwww do I have to untie him??? *pouts* hehe

Trish, hehe =x

Homecomings are awesome that's all I can say =x hehe Makes one feel like a virgin all over again *giggles*

I'm just glad to have him home, over two months of worrying and missing him was sooooo stressful. Absence does make the heart grow fonder :-) You learn to appreciate the little things, like the snoring, the bed hogging, the cover hogging hehe and most importantly the cuddling, the kissing, the hugging, the voice and being able to hear I love you instead of just reading it, the smile, being able to touch a hand, a cheek. Okay I'm getting mushy lol.

Thanks to all for your support for Clive and for me back here while he was gone. hugs to all!

DATUM MACS! I got to Kuwait ahead of ya, but it was too dratted hot to wait for you (yeah1 right!) so I left, and went to Souda Bay and Malta, and came home! We were on a surge deployment, not the traditional six monther, but we're scheduled to go on one of those in March, so I wont be able to go to Cigar Fest, or RTDA next year! :-( there's a "messdecks rumor" we might do another surge after the first of the year, if that happens, I might be back for those! (NOTE, I haven't given any exact dates or operational plans or capabilities away here!). I would like to point out the we left the shipyards after a major overhaul, had a two day sea trial, and a week or two later found out we had three weeks to prepare for a three-month underway. we completed our basic training phase while surged, and completed FEP (Final Engagement Problem) two days before our return! So we are now qualified to do what we did! (this will mean something to those of you who have been there and done that!)

*singing* "I'll be home, for Christmas..."

If our schedule holds true. Left in June. Be back before Christmas, if all goes according to plan. Clive, I know what you mean when you say hot! 97 at 8 o'clock last night.

And I am jealous that you got to go to Souda Bay. I was stationed there for a year. Souvlaki RULES!! El Mundo's... The Fun Pub... those were the days. Chania is a party town!

Souvlaki is good, but I prefer Mousaka (SP?) an ice cold shot of ouzo after dinner, and yes, the fun pub rocks! This was my fourth time in Souda, so I didn't get out too much. Malta is MUCH better! Exchange rate sucks though! ($1Maltese Lira=$2.96USD) I heard of the little cigar shop just up from the waterfront in Hania asking 31 Euro for ONE ISOM! Geeze! They must know when the Americans are coming! I DID buy 4 PSD#4's from a vendo who was selling on our messdecks before an officer saw what she had on her table and explained she couldn't sell those on board! LOL
