absence of proof does not constitute proof of absence ... period

We KNOW he has had them, hell ... he USED them!

Consider the size of the "spider hold" Sadaam was pulled out of and the manner in which it was hidden. That hold would've held enough stuff to wipe out NYC ... in an area the size of California, how many such holes might there be than could remain undiscovered for decades ???? I can WATCH my dog bury a bone in the yard and cover it ... then have trouble finding the spot later ... this whole argument is such complete bull****, I can't believe any intelligent person accepts it ...

And BTW ... if he DIDN'T have any, what the hell was the shell game with the UN inspectors about ?? Why allow his country to be invaded if he was all so clean and pure?

During the war, I saw several stories about "chemical precursors" to nerve gas that were found. These are chemicals than when mixed, can make either nerve gass, or pesticide, depending on the ratios used in the mix. But the press and the Democrats have unamimously given the former Iraqi regime the benefit of the doubt! To qoute Dennis Miller from 2003, "In a comparison between George Bush, and Saddam Hussein, Bush is the good guy!"
I also read an extensive article about a secret part of the Iraqi nuclear research facility that was built underground in a place where building underground would be a nightmare, and people in the area told troops that took the place that when weapons inspectors would come by, half the workers would be instructed to stay home, so the inspectors wouldn't suspect that the plant was larger than it appeared. When the troops discovered the place, there had been nuclear material scattered about, limiting how long a person could spend exploring the place due to radiation. What about this?

I haven't heard any more about these stories? WHY?
Kofi Annan says the war in Iraq is illegal because the US doesn't have a sanction from the UN Securty Council. WTF???? What about the resolutions they passed in '92???? After the UN "Food for Oil" scandal, what gives HIM the right to throw stones! HIS own SON was suspected in that for Gods sake! But the left-leaning press seems bound and determined to paint us as the bad guys, and portray this all as a personal vendetta between the Bush family, and Saddam. And nobody (even the so-called neo-cons) even question THESE allegations!

What's up with THAT??????

I have personally spoken with Combat Engineer National Guardsmen who spent a year in Iraq. While in Iraq, west of Baghdad, they destroyed many tons of conventional weapons, which only put a dent in what is there.

They spent many days carefully sorting and stacking the weapons for destruction in the desert. I asked why they didn’t just blow up all the stockpiles where they found them. The reason given; the presence of chemical weapons in the stockpiles made it too dangerous. They had to sort and remove chemical weapons before blowing up the conventional stuff. While doing this, they found things like containers filled with Saran and mustard gas shells.

Nerve gas?

Yes and in the Iraqi military installations they used as their base, they found ample supplies of Iraqi atropine (nerve gas antidote) injection kits. They also destroyed missiles the Iraqis were supposed to have destroyed, including Chinese Silkworms. They also found buried MIG fighters, French tanks and French shoulder fired ground to air missiles.

Your not going to hear the truth on this one... Period...

It costs our Government to much money for the truth...
Remember the pictures and stories during the war going on when the 101st first captured Baghdad airport? and those guy's had found these containers I think it was 55 gal drums.. when they first opened them some of the guy's were getting sick right off the bat.. then the very next thing no more news on this one?? wonder why??
Because there were no WMD's in Iraq.. it's cheaper to be wrong....

I have been saying since I've been on these boards that most of the chemical waepons were probably moved out of the country to keep them in the hands of people who would "avenge Iraq". I pray I'm wrong, but remember if they turn up in LA or NYC, you heard it here first!
