I know she'd like to do something to those Edwards childred....have you ever seen the rage in her eyes when she stares them down, while they run around uncontrollably on the campaign stages where they've jointly appeared?

The rage and anger in her expression clearly indicates that she has bad intentions for those out-of-control children...maybe that's one of the main reasone why we haven't heard much lately from Mr. Flip-Flop and Ambulance-Chaser TOGETHER on the campaign trail!!

Laura Bush Recalls Painful Past

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Laura Bush, wife of GOP presidential candidate George W. Bush (news - web sites), on Thursday recalled the pain of a 1963 accident that killed her boyfriend, saying ``it was crushing.''

``All I can say about that (is) it was a very, very, tragic accident I was involved in when I was 17 years old, almost 40-something years ago,'' Bush said. ``It was a terrible accident. It was terrible for everyone involved.''

Bush said the grief remains.

``I know this as an adult, and even more as a parent, it was crushing ... for the family involved and for me as well,'' she said.

Bush would not comment further and quickly resumed talking about her husband.

The accident occurred Nov. 5, 1963, when Bush was talking to a friend while she was driving to a party in her hometown of Midland, Texas, the New York Post reported.

At an intersection, she apparently failed to see her boyfriend, Mike Douglas, driving south. The vehicles collided and Douglas was thrown from his doorless Jeep, breaking his neck. He died instantly.

Midland officials would not release the full accident report, referring Freedom of Information requests for the document to the attorney general of Texas. He has until May 15 to decide if he will make the report public.

An abbreviated version of the report concluded neither Douglas or Bush could be blamed for the accident, the Post reported.

So according to you freakin liberals, anyone that is involved in a traffic accident where a death occurs is a murderer. Childish thinking at best.

Hey you guys want to talk about murder by automobile, hmmm let me, oh yeah how about that fat drunken sot ted (don't worry about it we will payoff the family) kennedy. Isn't he john heinz kerrys mentor. ted kennedy spends more time in courtrooms as a character witness for his screwed up family of drug addicts, alcoholics,rapists and lets not forget murders then he spends on the senate floor.

Rick, Cavallo brought up Laura Bush's Traffic accident when she was a teenager, and Jon was comparing someone having a tragic accident that immediatly broke someones neck, killing them instantly to someone driving a car off a bridge, and spending the night making phone called conducting damage control while their passenger slowly suffocated in the back seat.

not in the least. nor do i consider mr. kennedy a murderer. he was involved in a traffic accident where a death occured, too. :)

True, people die in automobile accidents, it happens on a daily basis. It doesn't even matter if ted kennedy was drunk at the time. What does matter is he left Mary Jo in his automobile at the bottom of the lake for "TWO (2) HOURS" while he went home and made phone calls not to get Mary Jo help but to get help in formulating a valid coverup of the accident.

You know Cav I believe when something bad happens something good comes out of it, in this case Mary Jo even after her death single handedly kept that druken sot ted kennedy out of the White House.
