The first link is "To authorize the use of United States Armed Forces against those responsible for the recent attacks launched against the United States." Dated 14 September, 2001

The third Link is From October, 2002. They are not the same. Without looking it up I/we/you don't know how anyone voted as a Joint resolution is a simple majority in the House and Senate.

Obviously, the first one was unanimous or close to it but I don't know about the other listed, do you? If so, do you have a link?
