Hey Chip.. We've got one of these and the program.. haven't set it all up yet.. but will soon it's pretty cool and you leave your packages on the porch for pickup....

Blood,

the USPS is giving this offer to folks so they can weigh their items at home. the wife and I got it for a small business deal. it also comes with the software and you can link directly to the USPS site and pay and print your postage online. the scale comes to your house you hook it up.. weigh the item and the program completes you shipping costs lables and all.. you set the package outside your door and the mailman picks it up...

As long as you don't need to ship over 6 lbs. Apparently thats all it goes up too...
