I decided that having your friends try and fix lower back problems isn't the way to go. Guess I will try the chiro again...

Next time call me & I'll set you up with a fat gal who'll walk on your back for $5.
If you roll over it's more!

"This thread...LOL!"
No joke huh? I think I could write a book with all the stupid crap I have done over the years. This would even hardly scratch the surface...

^We've all been there, bro. Hang in there.
Try some stretching exercises before you tackle the 300lbs refrigerator. I've also used warm/moist electric backpads with some success.
Man, first the hair, now this...Enough to make you give up cigars!

Drinking tons of water is the place start. Go with massage therapy, most of the time back trouble is muscular. Chiropractor can pop things in place but the muscles will just pull them to the same trouble spots.
Good luck

Well...
I must admit that the naked sqat thrusts in the mirror have been working pretty well.
As far as stretching goes, I have been doing some lunges in my pink tights before I go to the gym...
Thanks for the help fellas.
Ok... no more hair comments Blood. Its retreating faster than the French! (c:

LOL
Isn't it ironic that the less hair a man has, the longer it takes to comb?

you need a chiropratcor trained in the activatoe.
go to activator.com and look for a chiropractor near you, that is listed as advanced proficiency. this is not some funky bs. these guys are trained and have to pass a rigorous testing process.
this is the newest chiropractic treatment technique.

mmmmmm....Vicodin did it for me. Then it was I.V. Demerol. Now THAT stuff worked very well, thank you very much.
