i was on a ladder checking my smoke alarm battery and i noticed it did not go off even though i had a cigar in my mouth and smoke was pouring out. it was one of my premium cigars the battery checked out so i went back on the lader with a cheapie cigar in my mouth and when i put the battery back in the alarm went off. i shut the alarm and went back on the ladder with another premium cigar and the alarm didn't go off. this might be a way to tell isom cigars from frauds.

Try a hotel alarm. Yours has been corrupted by years of communist ISOM smoke.
