To all CigarBid members:

I sit here tonight bored out of my mind; due to the fact my wife is at an all women’s Ducks Unlimited banquet. I’ve been going over some of the old posts on the forum board, and it is a lot of fun to read the older posts. It’s nice to know that there is a group of people that are so willing to help others. It’s strange that the only thing we all have in common in the beginning of the start of all these relationships is cigar smoking. It’s nice to be able to come in from the shop, and sit down behind the tube and read the daily gossip. Regardless who it is from even if it’s Rick going on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on about the tyrant Bush. God knows Rick; I really do love your witty posts and your ability to run like hell when the Republican gang comes for you. Also it’s nice to see what Marla has to say about everything. I have to admit she is one hell of a lady I love the way she tells it how it is. She even speaks in man jargon so that we men understand what she means. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I’m better off for being introduced to this site. I have learned an unimaginable amount of information from you guys on this site, and I owe all of you a big thank you. It’s nice knowing that if I have a question about most anything I can just type it on here, and within about ten minutes one of you fine soles give me the answer or at least the resources to find the answer. It’s too bad you all don’t live closer, because we would have cookouts all the time. Well I have to get going for now, but I just wanted to say thanks to you all. Gunflint

This is a nice post. I have been around a few months and probably have stuck my nose in most recently, but definitely fine people here.

Well, excluding my mention, I'd certainly have to concur with you gunny...

I've found such great people here...all willing to make me laugh (very important on the chick meter), share sage advice, empathize, provide solace and some just to light a fire under my ass to get the juices flowing (hehehehe, I am bad, ya know)...
