Honduran Punch and Cuban Bolivar have consistently been rated as strong. I agree. But the Cusano Killer Cameroon, of of today's "in" cigars, is more potent. It's really quite an exciting experience having balance and fine bouquet, although being a bit rough. I haven't had a Bolivar since 1979 so maybe they're not the same now. If you want to experiment, take the remnant of any cigar, even a mild one, then smoke it in a pipe. You won't believe how powerful it becomes.
