how can you vote for a candidate for office who won't talk

if a reporter asks a candidate what his/her plans are for the two wars, and he/she says i don't want to talk about it.

is anyone stupid enough to vote for him/her?

if a candidate will only talk to reporters only if he/she is allowed to ask for donations. who is stupid enough to vote for that candidate.

how can a candiate run for office and refuse to answer any questions about his/her positions about how to solve any of the country's problems and runs from the public, expect anyone to vote for that candidate..

It's much better to vote for the candidate who promises to stop the wars, then doesn't.
