... and decided to make myself a couple matchboxes that would fit the larger cigar (kitchen-style) wooden matches (2-1/4") instead of the smaller wooden penny matches (1-3/4"). Made from aluminum with hand-folded interior box. I simply replace the striker when it wears out. Measures 1-3/4" x 2-1/2". Looking for thin sheets of brass to experiment with.

If you have the machines, or a bfg and an anvil, I've got about 40lbs of brass here.
