I picked one of these up at the local shpo. Haven't been a huge fan of Avo in the past but this looked tastey so I thought I would give it a shot! Good Decision!!!!!!!!

I was suprised at how delicious this cigar is, even without having a maduro wrapper (which is my fav)

Cigar: AVO LE10
Size: 5.5 x 55
Wrapper: Ecuador Special Sun Grown
Binder: Mexico Sumatra
Filler: Dominican Republic
I think I paid about $10 something for it at 20% off.

Pre-light: The cigar has a beautiful caramel colored wrapper that looks perfect and feels heavy in my hand for the size. The smell is light with really just tobacco and I figured this cigar would not have much flavor.

Cut with a LP9 cutter:

First third: Draw is perfect and tons of smoke. Like I had to hold it away from my face some because of the large amounts of smoke. the flavor hit my like a hammer! I was not expecting the this kind of flavor bomb. No real sweetness or cocoa or coffe or anything like that. Just complex levels of tobacco and isnt that whats it is all about anyway. This needed no more age.

Second Third: More of the same. Just intense delicious tobacco. If I could pull out another flavor it would be toasty cinnamon but just a hint. The tobacco is intense and the cigar strengthened a bit. Great burn and still lots of smoke.

Third Third: Wow, I nubbed this baby and my mind is blown. I have to rethink everything I thought about Avo and non-maduro cigars. It burned down to the nub with no heat and perfect burn. No bitterness until maybe the very end a little. I smoked it while packaging some stuff so this didn't even get my 100% attention. Wow: Just Wow

Final thoughts. Folks try this before its gone. Even you maddie headed hos. The flavors in this cigar were almost all tobacco but complex and delicious. I am going to have to get a box now!!!! I just feel confused at why I liked this cigar so much and it was not a maduro. Kudos to Avo as now I will try more of his stuff!
