Nice. I think your buddy is on to something. I have a B&D drill that no longer holds a charge. I could see cutting out all the plastic dividers in the case and doing something similar, maybe find a slim cigar box to glue/insert into the case...it's the smalller, slimmer plastic case. Will I do that? Probably not...but it's a good idea.

It helps if you have a friend that is seriously into woodworking who also loves cigars

Awesome Rich. Will this concept work with the hard plastic cases? I have 2 50ct cases (Xtreme/Xikar) ones.

LMK as he likes cigars. LOL

dunno - I think the trick is getting the cedar to fit well inside it.

The xikar/otter cases just need foam IMO

This is just a creative twist on those folks that line ammo cans with cedar

Nice traveldor. So I guess you don't find that 60 is too bulky? I've got a 30 but unless I'm going to a big her it stays at home.

Just a thot. I leave cigars in the foam case for a long periods of time as I carry the case with me most of the time.

I think it is best for a big herf as well. Or if I was on the road a lot - say driving a truck around five to seven days a week for example
