So I advertised earlier for some trade bait with what I thought were really nice smokes...

Well CBid spoke and all I heard was the sound of crickets. Eh?

Maybe it is because you guys still consider me a noob...

Or maybe nobody liked what I was offered... Think

Well long story short, I get some REALLY weird requests for turtle food from Busa (off meds)

Confused

And finally Martymoose says send em to the troops!

To the troops? Blink

Well I have sent plenty of cigars to my brothers in uniform but little did I know there was a freakin program! This is SOOOOO cool.

BigGrin

So I pack everything up with a mystery cigar and a nice little note. All I really wanted was to hear the stories from the guys that smoke the cigars.

But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Moose decides he needs to send me something. Well here I am thinking it’s for the troops maybe a small token of appreciation you know like a cigar? Maybe a five pack?

Ha!

This royal prick sent me ALMOST as many cigars as I sent out! Maybe you can’t smoke in the great white north so I’ll happily take your sticks until the ground thaws out… you know in April.

Herfing

So a picture included to array the Tobacco Splendor seen today…

Arganese Churchill Maduro - Saw they had good reviews. Never tried one. Need some time for this.
Rocky Patel Sun Grown Torpedo - Had a SG but not the torp (my favorite size!)
Padilla Limitado 2006 (Obsidian) - Don't be afraid of the dark! This will need some deep aging...
CAO Maduro Torpedo - three, count em three, torps in a row! A good early morning cigar. Me likey.
Oliva Serie G Toro - I've had a few and they are a nice change of pace.
A Torano signed by some dude (Torano Signature Toro) - New to me...
Graycliff 1666 (PGX?) - Never had a GC. Should be interesting...
CI Anniversary Epicure - Never had one of these either.
MOW Ruination Toro - I have had some weird regular MOW but not the Ruin yet...
CI Legends Yellow (Pepin) - Got a sampler of these a while back liked this one.
La Herencia Cubana Oscuro Fuerte Robusto - Another one I have not tried.
Cabaiguan Coronas Extra - A newer line by Tatuaje I've not had...
Padron (is that a Lonsdale?) Maduro - Mmmmmmm I love Padrons....
Tatuaje Havana VI Hermsos - I enjoy these in the Gorditos quite a bit. This is a new size to try.
Tatuaje Series P Robusto (?) - Mixed filler? Really? This maybe the cigar to start the weekend...
EO 601 Green Habano Oscuro Robusto - Had one of these a few months ago & pleasantly surprised.
Por Larranaga Cuban Grade Corona - YEARS since I had one. Sounds like a great morning mild smoke!
La Riqueza #5 (?) x3 - Another smoke by Tatuaje. Had a #2 just last week and enjoyed it very much.

Hmmm..... a nice selection. Well now I have your address...

Time to go THINK about smoking the Series P and ponder how best to respond... Cool

Well done Marty!!!! BTW, your Avitar is a scream!!!!! gotta love nature, you'd think the lack of warmth thing would kinda give it away though............
