I have a list of all the deals I got on c-bid in an eXcel spread sheet. I put in what I paid and and it calcs what the average price per stick is and all that. It helps in the bidding, which I haven't done in a while because I have gotten more selective after trying all the stuff that sounded good for the price in the blurbs. Just need to add some review notes and it should be interesting over time.

I don't need any spreadsheet of software, I have a pornographic memory.

I went and bought a cool looking index card holder and wirte them up on cards. Works pretty nice. Put the name and type, size, where i bought it, when i bought it and when i smoked it. I also write down how the construction was before smoke and best of all, how the smoke actually was. This works for me, just an idea. Happy smoking all!

I use a calendar program, I note what I buy and advance the date. For instance if I purchased Aristoffs or Bahia Vintage '96, than I would advance the date six months, most Cubans 12 months. At the advanced date I get a pop up reminding me how long I have had them. It's especially useful with cigars that need to sit for a while before they even out.

Just jot down your flavor notes into your diary and stick it back into your purse...
