Btw, here's what I said about Trump and our election system on another thread:

"In all likelihood, the Republicans will put up another McLame (thanks ZRX) retread or some other Karl Rove approved loser & Obama will squeak in again. The economy is a non-issue IMO. If it improves Obama wins. If it worsens, the desperate folk will want more Government help & he'll still win.

Shame of it is that Trump will probably opt out to watch from the sidelines. With all his flaws, he is probably one of the few who has a true grasp (and vested interest) of how our system works & how to manipulate it to serve the best interest of all Americans not just the rich or foreign interests.

We get the Government we deserve. Like HD said, we're being manipulated to make it appear as though we have real choices when in actuality we're all Italian dancing monkees."

I've often heard it said, that most successful businessmen have filed bankruptcy or had to reorganize their debt at some point in their lives before they achieve success. That's how our system works.

Our Government doesn't file. They just invent new revenue/job creating legislation... and print more wortless paper money.

Normally, I'd take a pass on voting for Trump.

But if Trump ran against either Idi Amin Jr., or another McCain retread, I'd vote for The Donald in a New York minute!
