The whole point of personal responsibility is that you are less inclined to dance upon the strings of puppeteers with hidden agendas.
Then again, a rubber - or, heaven forbid, keeping your legs crossed - is a far cheaper alternative all around.
The whole point of mass-abortions in the first place is population control. Do you honestly think that the millions of abortions performed each year has anything to do with rape, incest, or the life of the mother? The vast majority of them come as a consequence of people avoiding their responsibility. And it is those very same "irresponsible" people that Planned Parenthood wants to "help."
You might want to take a good look at the people that Planned Parenthood has targeted for their "assistence."
