While he was in France, there was time to have it flown to him but kings need not worry about such details. Bush considered it and current gop senators wrote Owebummer a letter complaining of the contitutionallity and asked him to sign it now.

He doesn't feel like it there usa few golf courses he hasn't played left.

The irony here is that had it been flown to him, you would be complaining about the unnecessary expense.

True dat...have no problem with what he did...in this day and age...he really should've made it right on his own without being prompted though. I know if I was in his position I would've. Then again...I value the founding documents that laid the foundation for this nation.
