If I recall my history correctly, the founding fathers didn't consider D.C for anything. Philadelphia was the hot-spot. anyhow, it has been entertaining watching perry's Republican candidacy and lead in the polls vaporize over the last couple weeks. He needs to keep his mouth shut so that his shoe doesn't fall into it.
