After groveling on all fours and slobbering for the guy that sent tingles up his legs uber reporter Chris Matthews deviates from the script and probably speaks what's REALLY on his mind.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pB4b11_LREA&feature=player_embedded#!

EVERYTHING was told to the idiots that voted for this jackwagon. Why are you soooo surprised? Why aren't they vocal about his broken campaign promises and why don't they hold him accountable for HIS misdoings and theft?!

So with all that...there are those that don't care. They'll vote for him because he has a "D" next to his name. That's the ONLY reason why they will vote for him. Same goes for the guy with the "R". Voting for the lesser of 2 evils that read off the same script. See the game for what it is and start voting in people that won't divide this nation. There are things, tough things that need to be done. This assclown can't even manage to get a budget put together for over 2 years! They're great at spending all your money though. All those "green" jobs? Yeah, those were political payoffs.

Let's hear from the Left. Why are you going to vote for the Kenyan King...AGAIN?

Like Matthews said...this appears to be the best we've seen from this guy. Did you really like the gruel enough to have a second bowl?

Former Democratic Pollsters: Obama Should Abandon Run for Second Term
By Michael Catalini

President Obama should abandon his run for a second term and turn over the reins of the Democratic Party to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, two one-time Democratic pollsters wrote in Monday's Wall Street Journal, which appeared online Sunday.

Patrick H. Caddell and Douglas E. Schoen argued that just as Harry Truman and Lyndon Johnson decided not to pursue additional runs though they could have, Obama should do the same.

“He should abandon his candidacy for re-election in favor of a clear alternative, one capable not only of saving the Democratic Party, but more important, of governing effectively and in a way that preserves the most important of the president's accomplishments. He should step aside for the one candidate who would become, by acclamation, the nominee of the Democratic Party: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton,”Caddell and Schoen wrote.

Caddell, who worked as a pollster for President Jimmy Carter, and Schoen, who was a pollster for President Bill Clinton, argue that Obama will inevitably have to run a negative campaign in order to win reelection, the negative consequences of which will make it difficult for him to govern effectively.

“One year ago in these pages, we warned that if President Obama continued down his overly partisan road, the nation would be ‘guaranteed two years of political gridlock at a time when we can ill afford it.’ The result has been exactly as we predicted: stalemate in Washington, fights over the debt ceiling, an inability to tackle the debt and deficit, and paralysis exacerbating market turmoil and economic decline,” they write.

Caddell and Schoen say they write as “patriots and Democrats” who are concerned for their country, and they do not expect to play a direct role in any possible Clinton campaign.

This is not the first time Caddell and Schoen have made this argument. They wrote in November 2010 in The Washington Post that they “do not come to this conclusion lightly. But it is clear, we believe, that the president has largely lost the consent of the governed.”

CORRECTION: The headline on an earlier version of this article misidentified Cadell and Schoen. They each formerly worked Democratic pollsters, but in recent years have been identified more as critics of the party who have supported independent political movements.

Seeing as how the Kenyan King has NEVER governed effectively and that you have former Carter (someone who KNOWS the schlacking is a 'comin') and Clinton (successfully won 2 terms by being able to work across the aisle) staffers calling for Owedumba to step aside what do you think he's going to do?

I'm betting he goes on another vacation and goes GOLFING!!!

Clinton should change parties, R's have no hope without her!!

Wonder if we could get her to repeal her own health care plan though?

He doesn't have the stones to step aside, afterall it is about him and his bloated ego. It would mean admitting failure, never going to happen. IMO

"Chris Matthews Tingly Feeling Is Gone"~~~ Glad the acyclovir finally kicked in, Chris. Those strawberry blisters should go down to a manageable blueberry size soon too.

If I vote, I'll probably waste my vote on Droopy Dog (Ron Paul). At least he didn't follow the pack of industrial jackals on stage last night when it came to cuts in military spending, which as we all know means a cut in INCREASES (growth) NOT cuts in current budgets. Yeah, it'll bring us back to pre-WWII levels, cavalry replacing armor, boat oars for ship turbines, yada, yada, yada...

Japan, Korea, Germany and pals can breathe easier now knowing it's not their kids (and $$$$) being offered up as sacrificial lambs.

I made the decision a few years back to never again vote for the lesser of two evils. As a result, most of my voting ends up being write-in candidates. It's a pain, but I feel that I needed to do it since none of the big "viable" candidates seem to be worthy of my vote.

I've made protest votes too.
