The Drudge Report reports that Newt Gingrich’s ex-wife Marianna says that she can destroy his career with one interview. This week, Marianne was interviewed by ABC News’s Brian Ross for two hours. A “civil war” has reportedly exploded inside the network as they decide when the interview will air. Drudge says that ABC said that to run the interview directly before South Carolina’s primary would be “unethical.” The interview will reportedly air next Monday. The news was teased on The Drudge Report with an image of a siren—signaling it was going to be a bombshell.

From my monitor it looks like the elephant man.

I wonder what Newt's ex has to gain from this. Think Oh yeah, acceptance from those who don't like Newt (i.e. people just like her, birds of a feather, misery loves company, etc), a lot of money, and revenge...when mixed together it creates a smooth cocktail to clear the conscience.

Fuzz's avatar looks like an expectant martian in granma clothes to me.

I'd like to know WHO or WHAT (organization) put her up to this. Going Caine on Newt only draws my sympathy & support.
Speaking of Herman, WTH happened to his accusers???? Did they scurry back under the floorboards or was there some merit to what they said. Caine hasn't exactly pursued them legally as promised to get at the "truth"...

Weren't they divorced in the 90's???? Shouldn't there be some sort of statute of limitations muzzle on exes? Divorce can be every bit as ugly as politics

If the dems want to run against Romney they are going to get it. Just looking at the "open-marriage" accusation this late in the game, there is no way for Newt to recover..Although I can say my spider sense has always tingled when I think of him as the nominee. He is convincing in what he says, but he seems willing to take positions that are diametrically opposed when it is beneficial for him. Perhaps Perry will stay and fight.

IMHO, Gingrich will get a bump after the SC debates but he's only postponing the inevitable.
Come Florida, Romney will be the nominal Republican nominee waiting for his defeat at the hands of a shrewd political activist.
The interesting thing to see is if the Republicans learn anything from the Dole- Dubya- McLame- Romney pattern... in time for the 2016 election.

Obama's Gay Past Being Hidden By Killing Ex-Lovers
Sent in to The Tap by Mr Low Of Singapore

Mother of Murdered Obama Gay Lover Speaks Up
Submitted by SadInAmerica on Mon, 01/16/2012 - 8:09pm.

In late May, (2010) Wash. DC-based investigative journalist Wayne Madsen had a bombshell revelation about Obama’s membership in a Chicago gay club, Man’s Country. ~ Wayne Madsen

Donald Young

Madsen also reported on Obama’s sexual relationships with other men, including named D.C. politicians and Donald Young, the openly-gay choir-director of the church in Chicago of which Obama was a member for some 20 years — Jeremy Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ black liberation theology. Obama’s relationship with Young was confirmed by Larry Sinclair, who claims to have had two sex-cocaine trysts with Obama.

Larry Bland

There were two other openly gay men in Wright’s church: Larry Bland and Nate Spencer. In late 2007, as Obama began his ascent to be the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, in a span of 1½ months, all three men “conveniently” died:

Bland was murdered execution-style on November 17, 2007;
Young was murdered execution-style on December 24, 2007;
Spencer reportedly died of septicemia, pneumonia, and HIV on December 26, 2007. (Death certificates of Bland and Young, HERE.)

Nate Spencer (r)

Now, Young’s elderly mother is speaking out about her suspicions that her son was murdered to protect Obama’s reputation and assure his political future as President. ~ Dr. Eowyn

White House ramps up damage control over Obama Chicago gay history
An exclusive Wayne Madsen Report – July 19, 2010

The story about President Barack Obama’s bi-sexual past will not go away. Now, in an exclusive interview with The Globe, Norma Jean Young, the 76-year old mother of the late Trinity United Church of Christ choir director Donald Young, has spoken out and declared that persons trying to protect Obama murdered her son at the height of the 2007 Democratic presidential primary to protect Obama from embarrassing revelations about his homosexual relationship with her son.

Donald Young’s bullet-ridden body was found in his Chicago apartment on December 23, 2007, in what appeared to be an assassination-style slaying.

Norma Jean Young revealed to The Globe that her son Donald, who was openly gay, was a “close friend” of Obama. Mrs. Young also believes the Chicago Police Department has not placed a high priority on finding the killers of her son.

Mrs. Young, who is, herself a former employee of the Chicago Police Department, told The Globe that, “There is more to the story,” adding, “I do believe they are shielding somebody or protecting someone.”

The Globe’s revelations are consistent with information obtained by WMR during a May investigation conducted in Chicago. On May 24, WMR reported:

“President Obama and his chief of staff Rahm Emanuel are lifetime members of the same gay bath house in uptown Chicago, according to informed sources in Chicago’s gay community, as well as veteran political sources in the city.”

actually President obama is the first woman president. he's a cross dressing lesbian,
and she is only 5' 3" and weighs 224 lbs. see, clothes make he man.

newt's second has already spoken he told his 2nd wife what she already knew,
he wanted an open marriage which means he wanted to F around and do whoever he
wanted just like he was doing her when his first wife was dying of cancer.

the best that can be said about him is he is a POS. that is why he wants to F the country,
one woman at a time. his third wife is pure class, she doesn't care who he is schtupping
she has a half million revolving account at tiffiney's and couldn't care less where or
who he parks his dingus in or on

when he scolded the guy who was asking questions because he got away with it because
the guy asking the questions didn"t have the balls to tell newt he was asking he questions
and if newt didn't like them he could leave when ever he wanted.

if he is he republican to face President Obama in a debate, he won't pull that "i am offended
by that question" BS he will leave any stage wih his dingus between his legs and piss in
his pants

Rick, did you see the the interview with Newt's daughters? They made a very compelling defense of their father.
After it's all said & done, it's more of the "he said she said". Other than he was not ideal marrying material back then according to third parties, there's no corroborating evidence that he said what his ex alleges.

That he wanted an open marriage? He was already screwing his current wife for years and has admitted that. He also did that to his first wife and admitted it. I think it's obvious he wanted an open marriage, whether there is proof he 'asked' after he was caught really doesn't make it worse or better. The facts remain the same.

No, but I'm getting tired of morals becoming an issue these days. Women being trotted out with no supporting evidence to Caine the candidates about things that happened or were said decades ago. Morals didn't seem to matter in the public discourse back in the 90's. They were a "private matter"... or so I was told by Kennedy & co.

Dodd isn't even a senator anymore. Quit living in the past. ;)

He had no choice in admitting his guilt, it was exposed. His righteous indignation last night was so over the top.

1. I have no problem having a GLBT President.

2. The "gay thing" on Obama is interesting. My cousin lived in the penthouse of one of the W Hotels in Manhattan for a couple years and told me it is very popular gay hotel and bar. He question Obama's sexuality as a direct result of Obama merely staying at that hotel.

3. I won't pass judgement on what the former Mrs. Gingrich has to say about her husband until I see or hear it. Sure, if she was paid her testimony could be biased, but payment in and of itself is not proof of bias.

4. What if the "open marriage" crap is the least of what she knows and has to say? Wouldn't that make the spectacle of the primary even better to watch

5. I am now a registered Republican and am deciding who to vote for between Romney and Gingrich. Romney is interesting and more credible than Gingrich, but I think that Gingrich would be better on foreign policy and the possibility of war with Iran. (Not certain whether HD is just yanking every one's chain about war with Iran, but I truly believe it to be more likely than not. All it will take is one single Iranian ship blocking the straits and we cannot back down. It will be "game on"- like the Cuban Missile Crisis was. Sad

Obama is more dangerous to this Country than our cold war foes, the Russian ever were.

I'm not 100% sold on the GOP field, but any of the 4 is better than Obama.

I'm from Georgia. I went to West Georgia College, the same place that Newt taught. I liked him in the mid-90's and I liked him when I met him a few months ago. No one is perfect. None of us. When I met him a few months ago, this was right before his "surge", and things were not looking good for the guy. Now, I do like Rush Limbaugh's analogy on the subject of the "open marriage". Rush said Newt's new slogan should be, "Hell Yes I wanted it !!!" ...

I'm confused about the Kenyan King, who's father knocked up a white chick and fled the country and died trying to drive drunk with no legs, but the recent allegations about Hussein llike to suck c0ck are confusing. I am not a fan of Santorum and think Ron Paul might have great ideas, but not sure he can get the job done. I would like to see Newt do well, but am sure the left will rip him to shreds. Romney, I just don't know.

I did check in Gary Tuchman the other day, and we've become friendly over the years, and he was commenting on how smart Newt is on his way to cover the story. I do believe Newt is a smart guy. I was surprised at Gary's candor about Newt. He's normally a stoic kind of guy . . .

Even if Newt is able to do a good job I'm afraid he has more skeletons or even non-skeletons that can be made to look bad.
much of this info is from wikipedia, some from memory.

A check kiting scandal supposedly 22 checks while in office.

90s government shutdowns will be pinned on him even if it is a non-issue it will be made into one.

84 ethics charges were filed against him during his term as speaker. After extensive investigation and negotiation by the House Ethics Committee, Gingrich was sanctioned $300,000 by a 395–28 House vote. It was the first time in history a speaker was disciplined for ethical wrongdoing.

He resigned from being Speaker and from his congressional seat one day after being reelected in 1998

Some other tax issues with some of his organizing groups.

If they go after him with just what's in plain sight who knows what else is there and if they can make anything stick.
