True, both sides give each other a jolly-good rogering whenever possible. But it's the response from the American Voters that makes this a one-sided catastrophe.
Women jumped ship on Romney because of a perceived issue with contraception, and now dog lovers cast their vote early because of a roof top carrier.
Reminding people that Obama is a dog eater is just a simple means to show these people how stupid they are.

It's not mud slinging. Nobody cares what he ate when he was 5 years old.
It's just a means to hold a verbal mirror up to the left when they complain about "animal cruelty".

If that's true then I missed the point of the article and my response is flawed. I didn't give the author enough credit.

Overall, however, I listened to the rabid leftist dog freaks treat the Romney issue very seriously, while for the most part the conservative jabs have been tongue-in-cheek.

He put up some recipes earlier. Some good looking ones up there: golden fried retriever, chicken poodle soup, eggs rover easy, and pug chops.

Personally I'm going to try the collie-flower and German shepherd pie first, or the leg of lab.

Breakfast tomorrow? Great danish or a beagle and cream cheese.

Here's what I don't get--if we live in an era of "enlightenment and respect" in which all cultures are deemed equal, shouldn't we be okay with someone eating dog in a culture where that is accepted?

By the same token, prostitution is legal in Colombia. Shouldn't we applaud the Secret Service for celebrating Colombian culture?
