I'm sure that's the reason. It has nothing to do with the fact that the people claiming a right to smoke from God are dumb asses.

What is this? Oh, but of course. This little one wish to commit suicide to prove her love for me. What a sweet gesture. Nevertheless, I must prevent it.

Why won't anyone answer the question?

I did.
I say that I have a right to smoke in areas deemed appropriate.
I'm being very specific. Keeping on topic.
Where do I lose you on this?

Is this one of the liberal re-directs?
Like "it depends on what the word "is" is"?

You guys have all the fun.

Tail.

I could actually get serious here and tell you about what 'rights' are and how they differ from laws.
I could explain how they are considered inalienable and traditionally explained as given from God.
I could define inalienable so you might understand that means no one can restrict you, ever from a right, which would exclude smoking then.
I could explain how in our country those rights are listed in the first 10 ammendments of our Constitution and none mention smoking.
Then we might want to get into a conversation about how really we have no rights at all, we only have what those with power allow us to have and any of these 'inalienable' rights can be taken away at any time.

But what would be the point?

You wouldn't read it and would just call me a f@g.

So I'll just say, you are a moron. Go read a book.

Fuzz, it wasn't me who was asking what a "right" was.
Legal definitions aside, it is not incorrect to use the term "right" when talking about our freedoms within the US.
I didn't bring God into this. That was you and your warped Sandusky-like childhood simply resurfacing at inopportune times.

I don't think I ever called you a f@g. You are many things, but I don't care about your sexual preferences.
Odd that you think along those lines, though, since it has nothing to do with the subject matter.

Ok, so now it's safe to say he's in pure victim mode. The US Government is against him. Wall Street is against him. Employment is against him. God given unalienable rights are against him. Rationality is against him. Common Sensibilities are against him. Racism is against him. The forum is against him.

He should just hop in a hole in the ground and do the world a favor. Maybe he posted his avatar as a scream for help?

Who cares. He's only a source of entertainment to me. Any time I think I'm having a bad day I read the posts he throws up and really try to believe there's a thinking person under that. It's in that moment that I know no matter how bad MY day is its better than the best day of that jerk's life!

Well, except for the day each month when he's given his allowance.

Quite possibly the funniest (and cruelest) putdown I've ever read on the boards. LOL!
That's one strange avatar... Sounds like something Mengele might have said.
