For liquor pairings I like a nice single malt....My go to of late is Balvenie Doublewood.Coming in at a very close 2nd is George Dickel #12 followed by an entire host of bourbons.
Tonight I'm going to pair up some 1792 Ridgemont Reserve(bought after a friend gave it HIGH marks,it'll be my first go round with this bourbon). The stick to be named at a later time. But I'm thinking something Pepin(nice and peppery) or an H.Upmann Mag 46(buttery smooth).
