I’m trying to figure out if he’s too lazy or too stupid to use proper punctuation. His posts are almost as bad as trying to read Uncle Rick’s gibberish.

I dunno, Uncle Rick sets a high bar in that regard!

Now it would appear he's either lost his shift key, or he can't puctuate and capitalize at the same time.
