I'm sorry you never got to sign it Tee, and Keith was even a bit dismayed at how a lot of his friends on here never got a chance to sign it. When this bill started out, it was being sent around in a first class letter envelope with a piece of cedar to keep it from being folded or wrinkled. Keith wanted it to move quickly and gather signatures, he understood that not everyone wants to or can play in the cigar pass game, and how much that would delay it. Unfortunately, a lot of good people never got to sign it because along the way some jackwagon decided to write their own rules for a pass that wasn't theirs and start sending cigars along with it, causing it to slow down considerably. Then there were a few people who got the bill and simply fell off the map with it for months (not to be confused with a few people who held it for a week or two so they could take it to a herf and get a bunch of signatures).
It took Drafter and I about 3-4 months to track down and recover the bill so that Keith would at least get to see it on Steve's desk. Keith died 7 weeks after Steve posted the photo of it on his desk.
